The POWER DUO : Burgundian Chardonnay + Chilli Spices

Three bottles of domaine rougeot meursault burgundy french wine, grabbed by hand with chilli and morter

Love the harmony of refreshing white wine and seafood pairing but ready to try something new? Try White Burgundy with Asian Spices.

Chillies, give evolving layers of pungent peppery aromas, texture and heat.  Many cultures play with these proportions to create magical signature house recipes.  The youthful, regional white burgundy (aka  Bourgogne Blanc) is generally un-oaked and characterised by white flower blossoms and freshly-cut apple notes.
Contrasting freshness and spices creates complexity and energizes the appetite.  Match with Bourgogne Aligoté for extra freshness on a hot summer day.
