Ingredients3 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
3 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons of dry chilli, mortar-pounded
3 tablespoons of fresh chilli, freshly-chopped
½ teaspoon of star anise powder
1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns
Mix all in a bowl. Spread it over the dumplings or serve on the side. |
