PENTICTON goods are packed and shipped from warehouses in Hong Kong.
What are the delivery methods, times and costs?
Delivery is HK$ 100. We offer free delivery for orders over HK$ 800, net of promotion offers. Choose your preferred delivery date and time during check out. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will make the best effort accommodate your request. However, we cannot change the order once the product has already been shipped.
Can it be delivered to work?
Every delivery location is possible in Hong Kong: hotels, work, and holidays residence. Only post boxes are not eligible. Anyone (must be over 18 years old) present at the exact delivery address can receive the order in Hong Kong. Please note all orders will require a signature upon delivery.
What happens if my order is corked or damaged?
If your order has been shipped incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us within three days from receipt of your parcel. We know cork stains and damages can happen sometimes! We will send a replacement free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay on pentictonpacific.com with credit cards, Paypal and bank transfer. All transactions are in HONG KONG DOLLARS. Taxes, delivery costs are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?If your order has been shipped incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us by within three days from receipt of your parcel. We do not offer returns, exchanges and refunds due to the nature of goods — more details at refund policy.
How can I log in or modify my account information?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
To place an order on PENTICTON, you can either sign up or proceed to checkout as a guest.
Can I cancel my order?If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com. We are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been placed. Additionally, we cannot change the order once the product has already been shipped.
