What we love it
Can the "warmer" Southmost region produce thirst-quenching sparkling wine? Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the hero red grapes in Bordeaux. Can you imagine it can be crafted into sparkling wine too?
This wine is deliciously juicy, just like freshly picked red berries, plus a light touch of tannins. We like to serve it at a lower temperature of 4-6 degrees to boost freshness.
