This is Eric's finest Pear/Poiré, Poiré Granit, crafted solely from 300-year-old trees grown in granite-rich soil. As one of his "Cuvées Gastronomique", it offers a delicate balance and harmony, rivaling the finest Champagne.
It's still the go-to glass at Alain Passard's 3-star restaurant L'Arpège, where Eric once served as Chief Sommelier. Ideal with gourmets, as an aperitif or the last drink of a meal.
