Eric Bordelet Apple Cider Sydre Argelette 2022
This dry apple cider, Sydre Argelette, is Eric's top offering. It is a blend of over 50 heritage apple varieties, with 40% chosen for their bitterness, 40% for their sweetness, and an additional 20% for their high acidity.
The apples used to make this cider come from trees that are between 150-300 years old, resulting in a unique off-dry cider with delectable notes of caramel, baked apples, and pithy apple-skin.

Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
