Cognac Bourgoin 是一個家族式莊園，位於干邑區夏朗德省的Saint Saturnin 村。酒莊在1930年由葡萄農兼乾邑商人Leon Marcel Bourgoin建立，Leon Marcel Bourgoin醉心於葡萄園耕作，一生致力以最真實純撲的干邑，向干邑愛好者呈現干邑區的風土特色。Bourgoin Cognac莊園土壤為粘土、石灰石和沖積土，葡萄一直採用有機種植，全人手採收，以天然酵母釀造、蒸餾，並以全手工裝瓶，酒莊每年只生產20,000 瓶干邑。
現由Maëlys 和 Frédéric Bourgoin兄弟接手，除了秉成祖父的理念之餘，更著力改善建立Bourgoin干邑的鮮明風格。Bourgoin兄弟非常重視人與自然的結合，推行生物動力法，根據月相進行播種、葡萄藤修剪、採收及裝瓶，生產過程中完全不使用硫磺、色素或添加糖，酒液並沒有調和成份及過濾。可謂把干邑最真實純淨的一面展示世界。

Cognac Bourgoin Double-Lies 是「不過濾，不添加，不混合」的干邑，以100% Ugni Blanc葡萄釀製。釀酒所用酒糟量是蒸餾酒的兩倍，比傳統干邑蒸餾多三倍， 這獨特技術賦予Double-Lies 無與倫比的芳香。 蒸餾後的酒液，在350 升舊橡木桶（來自 Limousin 的橡木）中陳釀 11 年。
這款干邑呈深琥珀色，充滿非凡的花香、杏乾、小荳蔻、果仁、云尼拿、朱古力等香氣，入口細膩圓潤，回味帶有淡滅的煙熏及煙草味道，複雜細緻。

Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
