Description

Tasting Notes:

A beautiful deep and luminous ruby robe with purple highlights. An aromatic palette of great complexity, where floral notes of violets and roses, fresh fruit aromas, and spices such as white pepper blend together. The aromas evolve towards precious woods and a slightly woody touch. Fresh and rich attack. An explosion of violet, fruits, and spices. Supported and silky tannins. The presence of Mourvèdre brings depth and freshness.

A magical place

For centuries la Malherbe was the farm of the Fort de Brégançon, planted in polyculture...

has therefore been organic in practice since 1940 ...

two exceptional terroirs

very different from each other.

The Pointe du Diable terroir is located on the sea front under strong maritime influence. Malherbe terroir is located beneath the Cap Bénat on a brown clay-schist soil.
