(Service Sequence: Left to Right)

Our approach to Mid-Autumn festive celebration with a latitudinal Journey of Chardonnay in Bourgogne. The idea is to showcase how climate and winemaking approach can influence a wine style.  Berne Beaujolais Blanc is a white Beaujolais from the warmest climate in Bourgogne, which you can tell from your first sip. Gendraud-Patrice Petit Chablis is from the most Northern part of Bourgogne that sits on top of a bed of oyster shells that encapsulate a unique aroma & flavour profile. Our Chardonnay selection from Domaine Rougeot and Francois Mikulski are excellent representatives of a new appellation since 2017: Bourgogne Cote d'Or - an appellation representing the Northern, more prestigious part of Bourgogne.
