What is Black Truffle Mayonnaise?
The cold-pressed rapeseed oil produces a luxuriously smooth and creamy mayonnaise, which we expertly infuse with the highest quality Black truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
What does it taste like?
Rich and creamy texture with a mellow, savoury black truffle taste. Good depth of flavour.
How should I use it?
Use our black truffle mayonnaise straight from the jar just like you would with a regular mayonnaise. We recommend using it to add a touch of luxury to your chips, or simply spread it on your favourite sandwich. If you're feeling adventurous, try using it as a base for marie rose tartar, thousand island dressing or ramoulade sauces.
Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
*including Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Airport. Excluding COVID-19 affected area.
We also have a in-store pickup option available at checkout for in-store/curb-side pickup. We'll email you available pickup times/instructions when your order is ready.
