On the nose: White flowers, vibrant apricot notes, ripe apple and honey. Contrasting to the nose, the palette is pleasantly crispy with an underlying tone of lemony lime, green apples and a hint of powdery mineral texture (very similar to Chablis).
According to research, Jacquere and Mondeuse Blanc are uniquely Savoie! Jacquere has a refreshing acidity, and the Mondeuse Blanc is related to Viognier, so hence that charming floral aroma~
