 Why we like it  

Saint-Joseph La Sybarite 2018 is a classic style (organic) Syrah wine crafted from the handpicked grapes from the super steep slope of Saint-Joseph. Concentrated, loaded with dark berries on the nose, fine texture (aka. not overly tannic), pleasant acidity with an earthy, olive & almost peppery finish.

This tasty bottle is a 2018 vintage, so do expect a fruit-forward expression, and it is incredible with a 45-min of carafage.
