Together with Lucien's Collard's other cuvées, it makes the signature collection of the house.   This idea of creating a cuvee with zero dosage and letting it reveals its complexity of its purest aromas is a courageous format" for many winemakers.  This particular cuvee showcases the authenticity of Pinot Noir and Bouzy in a delicate form.
