Vincent Girardin 來自Girardin酒農世家，家族早於17世紀在Santenay村種植葡萄與釀製葡萄酒。1980 年，年僅19歲的Vincent Girardin接手家族兩公頃的葡萄園，為了解決土地不足、產量有限的問題，Vincent於1994年創立了酒商，只採購與他有共同理念酒農所種植的葡萄，當時Domaine Vincent Girardin是少數酒商暨釀造廠商的先驅，酒莊於2001年由Santenay村搬至Meursault村。2002年，崇尚自然的釀酒師Eric Germain 加入了酒莊，Eric著重表達當地風土與葡萄酒的結合，減少使用新木桶的比例，酒莊出產的葡酒酒風格自始有了很大改變。2005年，Eric更成為了首席釀酒師，酒莊並於2009年開始推行生物動力法， 90%的產品均是有機種植。葡萄經人手採摘，採用低壓壓榨，使用天然酵母低溫發酵，葡萄酒亦會跟據生物動力年曆入瓶。酒莊發展至今，已是Burgundy最大的葡萄酒酒商之一，現時酒莊打理十四公頃葡萄園，亦從Burgundy不同產區挑選七十公頃葡萄園購買葡萄，酒莊以出產白葡萄酒為主。
Vincent Girardin酒莊出產的白酒令人驚艷，葡萄輕柔榨汁後，以低溫澄清進入木桶中發酵，再到橡木桶(10至35%新桶)中陳存14至20個月，不經澄清步驟直接裝瓶。出產的白酒果味新鮮濃郁而平衡，複雜度高，年輕時即可飲用，經過四、五年的熟成其變化跟深度更加複雜。各個酒款都備受國際市場喜愛，而法國有許多知名餐廳酒單上也能看到Vincent Girardin酒莊。
Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
