「Les Grandes Côtes」地塊內同時有Kimmeridgian與Portlandian兩種土壤，前者富含化石的石灰岩能為葡萄賦予礦物感與酸度，後者能使葡萄更具果味。使用原生酵母於不鏽鋼槽中發酵，並加入自2011年起建立的陳年基酒，二次瓶陳36個月。撲鼻而來的麵包香氣，緊接者是覆盆子、紅醋栗等靈巧可愛的水果香氣在中段蔓延開來，尾段爽脆的礦物質地與明亮果香融合卻不顯突兀。
