Lucien Collard Cuvée Tradition Extra Brut NV，雖然是 酒莊的「入門款」，用的是 Grand Cru級的葡萄，連 base wine 都是用 Burgundy 的木桶陳釀，細節不馬虎，氣場卻極低調。
Lucien Collard 是由一位女釀酒師親自掌舵的小酒莊，除了DECANTER金獎🏆、曾獲選為🇫🇷法國Hyatt & 香港 Hyatt 和歐洲多家SUPER PRIVATE CLUB的指定香檳，他們家也曾經扶持 VEUVE CLICQUOT 粉紅酒的誕生--- 代表「真正懂行的人才會選的酒」。
