Tasting Notes
Charming, expressive and full of quiet elegance, this 2023 Saint-Romain “Sous Roche” from Domaine Doreau opens with delicate aromas of acacia flower, subtle honeyed notes and fresh orchard fruit. The palate is round yet lifted, finely perfumed and persistent, with a gentle mineral line that keeps the wine vibrant and beautifully balanced. A white Burgundy that feels generous without heaviness — effortlessly drinkable, yet unmistakably terroir-driven.
