Seasonality is about bringing freshness to the table
(Service Sequence : Left to Right)
Meursault is an opulent style of Bourgogne Chardonnay - rich, round with a prominent presence of oak. The tasting started with a Bourgogne aligote crafted in Meursault style to bring freshness to our afternoon tasting. #fresheness
No one should miss Mont d'Or cheese in November! Some say it is the "Holy grail of French raw milk cheeses" is from the Jura. Dipping a hazelnut bread into an oven-fresh Mont d'Or is heavenly. The 2nd wine is from Domaine Ardoiseres, an aromatic & fuller-bodied white from Jura. Matching the texture with the intensively flavoured cheese...Yum! #regionalpairing
Time for the Reds~
Savigny-Les-Beaune is located at the Northmost part of Cote de Beaune: the nose of the red wine is loaded with tiny red and black fruits. Lots of energy.
Volnay red is well known for its beautiful velvety texture, aromatic intensity plus and elegant touch of oak. The finish prolongs beautifully over time.
We want to invite you to discover the art of wine-wine pairing: The same grape, both crafted out of Pinot Noir and how you can play around the aroma profile to go with the fresh produces of the season.
