THis NV Extra-Brut l'Ouverture is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, with a 2020 base wine and a blend of reserve wine from 2018 and 2019 (25%).
Crushed red berry fruit and white flowers with notable brightness. The nervy Champagne is simply an all time classic.
