Pierre-Henri joined his family winery in 2010 and worked alongside his father, Marc Rougeot. That is when this delicate, precise compelling, fresh style was born.

His new idea is to craft wines using low intervention, organic farming, and a low sulphite content approach to embrace the honesty of Bourgogne terroirs and bring out the authenticity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
