Feray Pet Nat
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green tints. Green apple, honeyed apple, white flowers and lemon zest, with a light toasty touch. Silky and refreshing, with a gentle bead, bright acidity and a mineral-saline snap on the finish.

About the Producer
Feray Pét-Nat comes from Vignobles Feray, the Feray family's Loire wine house behind Château Moncontour in Vouvray. It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc as a pétillant naturel: the juice is bottled at harvest while still fermenting, and natural yeasts create the bubbles in the bottle. It is disgorged without dosage, so it is extra brut, fresh and expressive.
Food Pairing
Fried snacks, tempura, sushi, ceviche, pan-seared white fish, oysters and lobster, goat cheese, or a cheese and charcuterie board. It also works with spicy Asian dishes. Serve well chilled, open slowly over a glass, and drink young.
