Tasting Notes
Classic golden nectar with over 100g of residual sugar. The 2022 Roulerie Chaume opens with burnished orange citrus, honey perfume, and tempting hints of tarte tatin. On the palate, lush and opulent with a fantastic balance between sweetness and vibrant acidity — rich, long, and utterly seductive. A perfect match for tarte tatin or foie gras.

About the Producer
Château de la Roulerie is a 36-hectare certified organic estate in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, Anjou, with vineyards dating to the 14th century. Owned by Philippe and Marie Germain since 2004, the estate is planted with Chenin Blanc and Cabernet on south-facing schistous slopes. From bone-dry to lusciously sweet, Roulerie produces wines of exceptional freshness, precision, and terroir clarity.
Food Pairing
This lush, golden sweet wine was made for dessert. Try it with classic tarte tatin, honey-glazed foie gras, fresh mango pudding, or a creamy blue cheese. The vibrant acidity keeps it fresh and never cloying. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C.
