I stumbled upon Domaine de la Côte de Berne during my search for the original Pét-Nat (aka. Pétillant Naturel or Naturally Sparkling) in Beaujolais, France.  While Champagne is very well-known to many, I want to introduce the most original way to make sparkling wine (ancestral method) to winelovers in Hong Kong. This Pét Nat is a thirst-quencher, a play between aromatic freshness, hint of sweetness and refreshing acidity.
