A blend of 13 grape varieties, mainly Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, the Cuvée Réservée reveals the typical characteristics of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape soils.
Critic tasting note (96 Points):
"Full-bodied, deep, and fresh, with layers of dark kirsch, thyme, flowers, olives, and herbs. The wine has density as well as freshness that lingers on the palate. There is peppery spice, dark red berries, and green olives that hit all the right notes in the finish. This is going to age and evolve for at least 2 decades or longer with ease. The wine is a blend of roughly 80% Grenache and various other AOC-allowed grape varieties. Drink from 2026 - 2040," - 96/100, Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider
