Champagne Billecart-Salmon is one of the most prestigious, historic Grande Marque houses in the Champagne region. Founded in 1818 by the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, it remains an independent house operated by the founding family. Today, the business is guided by Mathieu Roland-Billecart, representing the seventh generation.
