Tasting Notes
Chardonnay co-fermented with Yellow Tea (黃茶) — pale gold with fine, delicate bubbles. Aromas of honey, toasted grain, white peach, and subtle floral notes unique to yellow tea. On the palate, soft and mellow with gentle acidity, a creamy texture, and a warm, lingering tea finish. Less astringent than green tea, more complex than white — utterly distinctive.
