CHAMPAGNE BILLECART SALMON BRUT NATURE NV
The producer
Since its creation in 1818 by the spouses Elisabeth Salmon and Nicolas-François Billecart, the House has remained independent, preserving all of its know-how and the high quality of its vintages for 7 generations.
The vineyard
The Billecart-Salmon vineyard stretches from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims and covers almost 100 hectares. The vines are cultivated and cared for in the traditional manner in order to get as close to the authentic fruit as possible and to reflect the quality of the Champagne region’s terroir.
The tasting notes
Brut Nature by Billecart-Salmon seduces with its intense pale gold colour. The complex bouquet seduces the nose with complex notes ranging from floral to fruity with a hint of brioche. On the palate, Billecart-Salmon's Brut Nature is full and harmonious. A slight mineral tension balances this fine Champagne wine.
