JULIEN BRAUD La Bulle De L'Ouest Sparkling is a celebration of Melon de Bourgogne, the emblematic grape variety of Muscadet. This natural sparkling wine, produced using rigorous organic farming, reflects Julien Braud 's commitment to the environment since 2012.

Tasting Notes:

This traditional method sparkling gives Melon a new, glamorous lease on life with big, creamy fizz & a touch of residual sugar – perfect for umami-rich and spicy foods. Cold fermented in vat, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and bottled after disgorging and without dosage. Zippy and bright, we’d imagine drinking this in a horse-drawn carriage at sunset – crushed petal, citruz zest, herbes de provençe, white peach, buttered toast & the slightest tint of sweetness.
