The style is very similar to its neighbour - Gevrey Chambertin! Flavoursome, profoundly perfumed and well-structured (full-bodied).
Domaine Armelle et Jean-Michel Molin is a family-run winery based in Fixin that takes pride in organic farming their 7 hectares of vineyards and following biodynamic principles.
Made from healthy hand-harvested grapes, their Pinot Noir red wines generally age for a year in French oak barrels.
We have put the very special “Les Creoles” in this discovery set as it has also spend time in ceramic jar to up the textural sensation!

Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
