Tasting Notes
Pure Riesling made into Pét-Nat. Notes of white fruits, subtle peaches, pomelo, and hints of white flowers and cream. Very creamy, cappuccino-like bubbles with excellent zesty citrus that delivers energy and freshness. Lightly mineral, floral, and peachy in the mouthwatering finish. Under 4g/L sugar — bone dry and electric.
