Chateau de Leberon Vin Mute a l'Armagnac 100% Colombard

Why we love it

We love the history of wine as well as the wine itself. Made from 100% Colombard (a white grape - an offspring of Chenin Blanc and Gouais Blanc), this wine is fortified with Chateau de Leberon's very own Armagnac and put into Solera in 1987!

With the Ouverture of bitter orange, clove honey, dried apricots, red licorice, a hint of brown butter, butterscotch and spices; this can be churned into a Champagne cocktail, as a dessert itself or try it on ice after a great meal. Some say it has the nose of an unfiltered, Japanese vintage plum wine.

We love it with cheese.
