That's when I discovered Chateau Moncontour from Vouvray, one of the oldest chateaux in the Loire Valley.
This wine is fruity, with a creamy texture and balanced acidity, making it a great match for the delicate flavors of Cantonese dishes. It's perfect to enjoy on its own and pairs wonderfully with white meat, chicken, and steamed seafood dishes.
