2021 Domaine de Fa Fleurie Roche Guillon
Pickup currently unavailable at OP Mall - Tsuen Wan
Roche Guillon is a single vineyard, one of the highest in elevation in the Fleurie appellation. The vineyards are in steep terrain, west facing and planted in Clay-limestone soil. Whole cluster fermentation, with a semi-carbonic maceration, then aged in 1-3 year old foudre. Winery is certified organic, in conversion to biodynamic.
Tasting Notes:
"Grown in the Roche Guillon sector, lovely fresh medium deep rosy colour. Rich and juicy, this is so good, just my style and with great length. Uncomplicated, adorable Burgundy without any pretensions at being dressed up into something else. By some way the best Fleurie I have tasted from this domaine. 5-STAR WINE."

About the Producer
Domaine de Fa is a family project rooted in the legendary Northern Rhône. The Graillot family — celebrated since 1985 for their exquisite Syrah at Domaine des Lises and Alain Graillot — expanded to Beaujolais in 2011 when brothers Maxime and Antoine acquired parcels in Saint-Amour and Fleurie. The domaine takes its name from the family farm in Tournon-sur-Rhône where Madame Graillot grew up — a wine born from heritage, family, and a deep love of the land.
