在 Domaine Rougeot 酒莊

Domaine Rougeot Père & Fils 在默爾索 (Meursault) 釀造手工葡萄酒已有 6 代歷史，擁有 13 公頃的葡萄園，遍布美麗的默爾索 (Meursault)、蒙特利 (Monthelie)、聖羅曼 (Saint-Romain)、波瑪 (Pommard) 和沃爾奈 (Volnay)。

Pierre-Henri 於 2010 年加入他的家族酒莊，並與他的父親 Marc Rougeot 一起工作。就在那時，這種精緻、精確、引人注目、清新的風格誕生了。

他的新想法是使用低干預、有機農業和低亞硫酸鹽含量的方法來釀造葡萄酒，以擁抱勃艮第風土的誠實，並展現出霞多麗和黑皮諾的真實性。
