Champagne Pascal Agrapart (Agrapart & Fils) is a respected grower‑winemaker based in Avize, in the heart of Champagne’s Côte des Blancs. A true récoltant‑manipulant, the estate farms its own 12‑hectare vineyards — predominantly Grand‑Cru Chardonnay sites across Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger — and never purchases outside grapes. Practising low‑intervention viticulture with ploughed soils, local‑source compost and minimal chemicals, the domaine favours terroir‑driven expression; its Champagnes are unfined, unfiltered, hand‑riddled and estate‑bottled, mostly Extra‑Brut or Brut‑Nature with very low or zero dosage, ranging from multi‑village blends to celebrated single‑parcel vintage cuvées such as Minéral, Avizoise and horse‑worked‑vineyard Vénus.
