About the Producer
Château de la Maltroye is a benchmark estate in Chassagne-Montrachet. Whole clusters are hand-harvested and gently pressed in a pneumatic press before a period of settling in stainless steel. The must then ferments slowly in French oak at cool temperatures (kept under 19 °C), with bâtonnage adjusted by vintage. After ~12 months of élevage, the wine is bottled to capture clarity and tension—methods that underpin the domaine’s reputation among Burgundy’s elite white producers.

酒的部分,更是酒莊晉身頂尖酒莊的象徵。手工成串採收後直接放入氣墊式壓榨機進行榨汁,再移至不銹鋼槽靜置。之後導入橡木桶進行長時間的發酵,其中溫度控制保持在19度C以下。攪桶依年份決定。經過12個月後進行裝瓶。
