Tasting Notes
The Lingering Clouds Plum Pét-Nat Chardonnay is unlike anything you’ve tried before. From Ningxia, China, this playful sparkling wine is made with 4 types of plum, fermented with Huangjiu yeast, and bottled three times in-bottle for the finest, most delicate bubbles. Fresh plum aromas, clean acidity, and zero sweetness. Light, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink—one glass and the bottle disappears.
