Billaud家族是Chablis區最古老的釀酒世家，歷史更可追溯至1815年。 Samuel Billaud 是家族第六代傳人，被公認為Chablis區的領先釀酒師。 Samuel於1985年起加入家族酒莊Billaud-Simon，在祖父Jean的指導下開始釀酒。 Jean於1990年去世後， Samuel便接過酒莊釀酒師兼管理的重任，並與叔叔的共同努力下，將Billaud-Simon帶入當地最優秀的名莊之一。
2010年Samuel在Chablis村中心建立了自己的酒莊Samuel Billaud。 他堅信土壤和環境是創造偉大葡萄酒的重要元素，因此，他嚴格控制種植葡萄和釀酒所使用的化學物，種植和釀酒程序均以人手製作。
Samuel將自己的葡萄酒風格概括為 fraîcheur, précision, minéralité（新鮮度、精準度、礦物感），因此他出品的葡萄酒，都體現到Chablis的特色：新鮮的綠色色水果、燧石、生蠔香等經典風味。
這支Petit Chablis的葡萄 來自Chablis最著名的特級田Les Clos上坡山頂處“Sur les Clos”的土地， 比一般的Petit Chablis具備更優秀的風土條件。
香氣以柑橘類水果類為主，帶有新鮮檸檬、蘋果、梨、杏脯香氣，以及柔和的蜜糖、火石、杏仁氣息，入口清新細緻、柔順飽滿，回味帶有明顯的濕石、礦物感， 是一支非一般且不可多得的Petit Chablis白酒。
Delivery is HK$ 100. We now offer free delivery for single order over HK$ 1200, net of promotion offers. Complimentary delivery available to a single address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories*. Delivery between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) except for severe weather conditions (including the hoist of typhoon and rainstorm signals) and force majeure situation.
Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
