Raphaël Saint-Cyr a repris le domaine de son père, Thierry, composé de 23 ha de vignes en appellations Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon et Moulin-à-Vent. Ces vignes du Beaujolais sont cultivées en agriculture biologique en suivant les pratiques biodynamiques depuis 2008.

Farming & Winemaking 55 year old vine. No SO2 added. No filteration. Cold maceration in stainless steel tank for 18 hours before alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation with natural yeasts and aged for 10 months in 50% very old oak barrels. |

Order delivery can be made within 3 working days* from the transaction the soonest. Same day delivery is available for selected area - Tsuen Wan.
