A refined and characterful Crémant from one of the Jura’s most storied estates. The 2020 Cœur de Chardonnay is pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and complex — fresh brioche, green apple, white pear, and citrus zest, with subtle notes of toasted almond and chalk from extended lees ageing. On the palate, creamy and precise with lively acidity, a silky mousse, and a long, mineral finish. A serious Crémant that rivals many Champagnes at its price.
