Why we love it
As part of my journey to find female winemakers and up and coming winemaking rock stars around the world - I was introduced to Camille Thiriet in Burgundy. What a energetic, stylish young lady! This is Camille’s batch of 5 barrels only production of Chardonnay, Cuvée Confidentielle 2017. As a side note, her winemaking mentors are such big names that putting it down would seem too pretentious. I am so eager to bring in more wines from this young lady!
