Why we love it
One of our core beliefs is to share the authenticity of French wine culture to wine-lovers in Hong Kong. They do not necessarily come with a big price tag, yet amazing. My first in-depth encounter of Aligote (a Burgundian native grape variety) was at the Les Aligoteurs event near Meursault. This movement is about celebrating traditions and bringing back what was once considered inferior quality to the connoisseurs' table.
This wine is made from only Aligote, with palate-cleansing acidity and crispy minerality. I can't wait to invite you to go on a tasting voyage and experience a Burgundian tradition, together.
